These are questions we hear from clients all the time, so we designed these workouts to help you focus on the movement you can do rather than the movement you can't.
We want you to move as freely as you can, so the only rule for these workouts is to stay in a PAIN FREE range of motion. We want you to challenge yourself and slowly strengthen your new movement patterns so you can find freedom in your body.
